BAFT Submission in Response to the Proposed Basel III Endgame Framework

BAFT Comment Letter to the Fed, OCC & FDIC for their Notice of Public Response to the Proposed Basel III Endgame Framework

On January 16, 2024 BAFT made its’ submission to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)  in response to the agencies proposed Basel III Endgame Framework.

Supporting documentation included the ICC Trade Register and the ICC GCD Guarantee Update.
