Vanessa Manning will be responsible for driving further profitable growth across MUFG's Transaction Banking business in EMEA, as well as overseeing the strategic development of the Trade and Working Capital and Cash and Liquidity Management functions. With over 22 years' leadership experience in Global Cash & Trade Management gained from ABN AMRO, RBS, Standard Chartered and Deutsche Bank, Ms Manning is also an active member of institutional Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, including UK and European Women in Payments, and is a motivated mentor and mentee within the European Techstar Rise community.
With over 30 years of experience in correspondent banking, Maria has expertise in covering financial institutions as a Relationship Manager. Previously at Commerzbank in New York, she has developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, which are essential for establishing lasting relationships with clients. As a Relationship Manager, she works independently, as well as part of a team, leading from the front by creating a good rapport within the team. Currently, Maria is enjoying her role as Co-Lead in the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) created to support LatinX employees, allowing participation in driving the D&I initiatives that the firm values deeply. Additionally, she has recently joined the Financial Women's Network (FWA) to help promote women in finance.
Christian Stolcke is a Capital Markets and Transaction Banking veteran who has spent his career growing financial service businesses and executing global, large scale performance improvement programs across Shared Services, Operations and Technology. At Bank of America, Christian is Managing Director and head of Global Financial Institutions, Non-Bank Financial Institutions and Governments within Global Payments Solutions (GPS). In this role, Christian leads a worldwide team of sales and product professionals responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients across several industries, including banks, governments, investment managers, securities firms, insurance, paytech, private capital and specialty finance firms. Products span global cash management, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange, commercial card, liquidity, and investment solutions.
Jocelyn Tong-Palmer is a seasoned finance professional with a wealth of experience in Risk, Relationship Management, and Transaction Banking. Starting as a Graduate in Auckland, she has worked across ANZ's network in New Zealand, Australia, and now Singapore. A BAFT Future Leaders Program alumni, Jocelyn currently leads Local Networking for BAFT Women in Transaction Banking in Singapore. She is passionate about women in leadership, workplace inclusion, and the development of self and others.
